Orders are shipped depending on stock status. The maximum order processing time is up to 7 business days. After completing the order and sending the package, delivery is usually made the next business day.
We inform you about each stage of order fulfillment by sending notifications to the indicated e-mail address.

Yes, you can order your dream product from us anywhere in the world. The implementation time is then slightly extended due to the preparation of documentation,
within the European Union – up to 14 business days,
outside the European Union – up to 21 business days.
Only goods purchased online are returnable. The returned goods must not show any signs of use.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please complete the form attached to the order along with the receipt and send it back* with the returned goods to the following address:

*Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The customer is entitled to exchange the purchased goods for other goods at the same price or higher within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Please include a note on the return form stating what model and size the exchange should be made for. In the event of a price difference between the goods being exchanged and those for which the exchange is to be made, the customer will be obliged to pay the price difference.

The basis for filing a complaint is proof of purchase - receipt, card payment confirmation, bank account statement, order number. Complaints are considered no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complained product. We will inform you about the decision to make a complaint by phone.
People subscribed to the Newsletter are informed about new products and discount campaigns first. It is worth adding that some of the discount campaigns are intended only for subscribers.
In our store you can purchase tailor-made products. Dresses can be made of fabric from the current collection available on the online website. It is also possible to sew the product in a different length and width than the standard ones.
To make a special order, please contact our customer service directly: zamowienia@justpaul.pl. Individual orders are not subject to exchanges or returns.
*The service of making changes to the model is subject to an additional fee. The customer will be informed about the costs before the order begins.
Evening dresses are not available for regular sale. These are custom-made designs in our Just Paul Prive atelier. In order to complete a tailor-made order, at least one attendance is required at a meeting in our workshop in Warsaw, where we have a wide range of materials and models. The order processing time is a maximum of 3 weeks.
