We do not accept returns from parcel lockers.
A consumer and a single-person PB within the meaning of the Regulations (i.e. a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for this person), who have concluded a distance contract, may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before the expiry of this period. A statement of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted, for example:
- in writing to the following address: Just Paul Juszczyk-Grupińska Olechowska sp.j., ul. Szaserów 38 lok. 4, 04-306 Warsaw
- in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: butik@justpaul.pl
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract begins:
- for a contract under which the Seller delivers goods and is obliged to transfer their ownership (e.g. a sales contract) – from the moment the Consumer or a single-person PB or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract which:
- covers a number of goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from the taking of possession of the last good, batch or part or
- consists in the regular delivery of goods for a specified period of time – from the taking possession of the first of the goods;
- for other contracts – from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's or single-person PB's statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Consumer or single-person PB all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the Store). The Seller shall return the payment using the same payment method that the Consumer or single-person PB used, unless he has expressly agreed to another method of return that does not involve any costs for him. If the Seller has not offered to collect the goods from the Consumer or single-person PB himself, he may withhold the return of payments received from the Consumer or single-person PB until the goods are received back or the Consumer or single-person PB provides proof of sending the goods back, depending on which event occurs first.
The consumer and the single-person PB are obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract, return the goods to the Seller or hand them over to a person authorized by the Seller to collect them, unless the Seller has offered to collect the goods themselves. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods before it expires. The goods should be returned to the following address:
Just Paul Juszczyk-Grupińska Olechowska sp.j., ul. Szaserów 38 lok. 4, 04-306 Warsaw.
The consumer and the sole proprietor are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Possible costs related to the withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer and the single-person PB, which they are obliged to bear:
- If a method of delivery of the goods other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the Store has been selected, the Seller is not obliged to refund the difference in price between the selected delivery method and the cheapest standard delivery method available in the Store.
- The consumer and the single-person PB bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts in which:
- the subject of the contract are goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery,
- the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the specifications of the Consumer or an individual PB, or intended to meet their individual needs.
