The complaint must include the Customer's data, order number (or other data allowing its identification) and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Seller.
We would like to inform you that at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ there is a platform for an online dispute resolution system regarding distance contracts concluded between consumers and entrepreneurs. The platform is an access point for consumers and entrepreneurs who would like to use out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes regarding online transactions.
We would also like to inform you that in accordance with Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller's liability under the warranty for defects in relation to goods purchased by the entrepreneur is excluded. This exclusion does not cover consumers and single-person PBs as defined herein Regulations .
Returns (right of withdrawal)

We do not accept returns from parcel lockers.
A consumer and a sole trader within the meaning of the Regulations (i.e. a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for this person) who have concluded a distance contract may, within 14 calendar days to withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a declaration before the deadline expires. A declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted, for example:

- in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: butik@justpaul.pl
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract begins:
- for a contract under which the Seller delivers the goods, being obliged to transfer its ownership (e.g. sales contract) - from the time the Consumer or sole proprietor or a third party other than the carrier indicated by them takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract which:
- covers a number of goods which are delivered separately, in lots or in parts - from taking possession of the last good, lot or part or
- consists in the regular delivery of goods for a specified period of time - from taking possession of the first of the goods;
- for other contracts - from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's or sole proprietorship's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Consumer or sole proprietorship all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the selected by the Customer, a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery method available in the Store). The Seller refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer or single-person PB, unless he has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him. If the Seller has not offered to collect the goods himself from the Consumer or the sole proprietorship, he may withhold the refund of payments received from the Consumer or the sole proprietorship until he receives the goods back or until the Consumer or the sole proprietor provides proof of sending back the goods, depending on which the event will occur earlier.
The consumer and the individual PB are obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which they withdrew from the contract, return the goods to the Seller or hand them over to a person authorized by the Seller to collect them, unless the Seller has offered to collect the goods himself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods before its expiry. The goods should be returned to the following address:

The consumer and the sole proprietorship are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Possible costs related to the withdrawal by the Consumer and the sole proprietor from the contract, which they are obliged to bear:
- if a method of delivery of the goods other than the cheapest regular delivery method available in the Store is selected, the Seller is not obliged to refund the price difference between the selected delivery method and the cheapest regular delivery method available in the Store.
- The consumer and the individual PB bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts in which:
- the subject of the contract are goods delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery,
- the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the specifications of the Consumer or individual PB, or serving to meet their individual needs.
