Part I – General Provisions

 

§1

Administrator

 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is We, i.e. Just Paul Juszczyk-Grupińska Olechowska sp.j. In the further part of the Privacy Policy, we write about ourselves in the first person or refer to ourselves as "Administrator" or "We" .
  2. We operate on the basis of an entry in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. Our KRS number is 0000437376.

Terms used in the Privacy Policy

 

If you see any of the following capitalized terms later in our Privacy Policy, you should understand them in accordance with the definitions below:

  1. "Store" – online store, the main page of which is located at https://justpaul.pl,
  2. "Policy" means this document, i.e. the privacy policy that you are reading,
  3. "GDPR" - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The text of the GDPR can be found here ,
  4. "Social media" – the social networking site Facebook, Instagram and other social networking sites where we have our profiles.

Protection of personal data

 

  1. All personal data that you provide in the Store or that we collect about you during your use of the Store are processed by us as the Administrator in accordance with the GDPR.
  2. We use technical measures required by current regulations on the protection of personal data to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically, i.e. within our Store.

Your rights regarding your personal data

 

  1. We process your personal data because:
    1. you have the right to access your personal data,
    2. you can make corrections,
    3. you can request the deletion of your personal data when GDPR allows it,
    4. you have the right to restrict processing, to the extent specified in the GDPR.

Right to object

 

  1. After you provide us with your personal data or if we collect it ourselves, you may exercise your right to object. You have this right in two situations when we process your personal data:
    1. for the purposes of direct marketing; you do not have to justify such an objection;
    2. based on our other legitimate interests; such an objection must be justified by your particular situation. Tell us why we should not process your data.

If you contact us using the form or our details provided in the Store, please note the following:

  1. Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?

    Respond to your message and resolve the issue you presented.

    We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy.

  

  1. Do you have to give us your information?

    This is voluntary. However, without providing your contact details, we may not be able to resolve the matter you have presented.

 

  1. On what legal basis do we process your data?

    Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest.

    Resolving the issue you presented and responding to your message.

 

  1. Who will we share your data with?

    Entities hosting (storing) the Store or personal data for us.

 

  1. How long will we process your data?

    For the time needed to resolve the case you presented. Depending on its type, also for the time needed to demonstrate that we have resolved it, i.e. for the limitation period for claims.

Registering an account in the Store

 

If you register in our Store, please pay attention to the following:

  1. Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
    1. Execution of the agreement for opening an account in the Store and individual product sales agreements,
    2. marketing consisting in matching content to your previous activities in the Store, we may, among other things, present you with a list of products in the Store that may interest you or encourage you to continue shopping that you have not completed.

    We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy. You can also exercise the right to transfer your personal data under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

 

  1. Do you have to give us your information?

    This is voluntary. However, without providing them, you cannot create an account in the Store and conclude sales contracts through it.

    Art. 6 sec. 1 letters b, c and f of the GDPR, i.e. the performance of the contract we conclude with you, the fulfillment of obligations resulting from generally applicable legal provisions (e.g. tax law) and our legitimate interest.

 

  1. What is our legitimate interest?

    Our legitimate interest is to conduct marketing activities described in point a.2 above.

 

  1. Who will we share your data with?
    1. Tool suppliers for:
      1. traffic analytics on the Store’s websites,
      2. conducting marketing.
    2. To couriers.
    3. Payment operators available in our Store.
    4. Entities hosting (storing) the Store and personal data for us.
    5. Accounting offices or law firms.

 

  1. How long will we process your data?

    For time:

    1. the duration of the agreement to set up an account in the Store, individual sales agreements and the time necessary to prove that we have performed them correctly. This time corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims;
    2. conducting marketing activities described in point a.2 above or until you object to further processing of your data for these purposes.

Shopping in the Store without registering an account

 

If you make a purchase in our Store but do not have a registered account, please note the following:

    1. Execution of the product sales agreement,
    2. marketing consisting in matching content to your previous activities in the Store, we may, among other things, present you with a list of products in the Store that may interest you or encourage you to continue shopping that you have not completed.

Newsletter subscription

 

If you subscribe to our newsletter, please note the following:

  1. Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?

    Sending you marketing information via email, analyzing whether you read our newsletters and which content you read most often. On this basis, we can also adjust the content of the newsletter to your interests.

 

  1. What rights do you have?

    We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy. You can also exercise the right to transfer your personal data under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

 

  1. Do you have to give us your information?

    This is voluntary. However, without providing them, you will not be able to subscribe to our newsletter.

 

  1. On what legal basis do we process your data?
  1. Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest.
  2. If you agree to receive marketing communications to your email address, the legal basis will also be Article 10 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law . Remember that you can always withdraw your consent. If you want to do so, contact us.

 

  1. What is our legitimate interest?

    Improving our newsletter by analysing whether you read its content and which news you are most interested in, and tailoring the content of our newsletter to your interests.

 

  1. Who will we share your data with?
    1. Providers of newsletter sending tools.
    2. Entities hosting (storing) the Store and personal data for us.
    3. Entities conducting marketing activities relating to the Store.

 

  1. How long will we process your data?

    For the duration of our marketing activities or until you object to further processing of your data for marketing purposes or withdraw your consent to sending messages to your email address. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal of consent.

Using our social media profiles

 

If you use our profile, please pay attention to the following:

 

  1. Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
    1. responding to private messages you send to us,
    2. conducting discussions with you in the comments under individual posts,
    3. sharing our posts with you as a follower of our profile,
    4. marketing, which involves providing information about our products and ourselves through posts that we place on our profile, including sponsored posts that are displayed to a wider group of Social Media users,
    5. statistical, consisting in the presentation to us by entities operating Social Media, such as Facebook Ireland Ltd., of data on the display of our posts, their reach, the number of interactions, the demographic data of our followers; the data presented to us by entities operating Social Media are statistical data, but they are created on the basis of observations by these companies of your behavior on our profile.

    We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy.

      

  1. Do you have to give us your information?

    This is voluntary. However, due to the rules used by social media, we will see your name, surname (or nickname) and photo if you write to us or comment on our post.

 

  1. On what legal basis do we process your data?

    Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest.

 

  1. What is our legitimate interest?

    Responding to your messages and comments, providing you with posts, informing you about our products and ourselves through them, analyzing statistical data related to our profile.

 

  1. Who will we share your data with?
  1. Social media operators, in particular Facebook Ireland Ltd.
  2. Entities that manage our social media profiles for us.

 

  1. How long will we process your data?

    For time:
  1. needed to resolve the case you presented. Depending on its type, also for the time needed to demonstrate that we have resolved it, i.e. for the limitation period for claims;
  2. your following of our profile. Remember that you can always delete your comments under our posts, stop following us or cancel your social media account.

 

 

Part IV – information on cookies and related personal data processing

 

§13

Access to the Store pages

 

Entering the Store's pages involves us processing information contained in cookies. Cookies are saved on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), and then access is obtained to the information contained in them. These actions take place on the principles described below.

What are cookies and why do we use them?

 

  1. In the Store we use cookies, which are small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Store. Do you want to learn more about cookies? Check out Wikipedia at this link .
  2. We store cookies on your computer, phone or tablet and then access the information contained in them for the following purposes:
    1. ensuring the proper operation of the Store, including maintaining your session,
    2. marketing consisting in displaying advertisements for our products to you on other websites, including social networking sites, tailored to the products you viewed in the Store,
    3. marketing, which involves adapting the content displayed to you in the Store to the products you viewed there,
    4. statistical and analytical purposes, in particular to enable analysis of the way you use the Store.
  1. In the cases described in points b – d above, your personal data may be processed:
    1. we process them based on our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR;
    2. our legitimate interest is to market our products that you have viewed in our Store and to match the advertisements and content displayed to you on the Store’s websites to your previous activities in the Store, as well as to collect statistical data on how you use our Store in order to optimise its operation;
    3. We have set out your rights in relation to this processing in Sections 4 and 5 of the Policy;
    4. remember that you can contact us at any time and object to the processing of your personal data. Including for marketing purposes. You do not have to justify the objection to processing for marketing purposes;
    5. We will transfer your personal data to advertising network operators, including social networking sites;
    6. we will store it for the duration of our marketing or statistical and analytical activities or until you object to further processing of your data for marketing purposes or object to statistical or analytical purposes;
    7. the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area will be made after the conditions allowing such action have been met. We will inform you about such a situation;
    8. providing this personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide it, e.g. by using appropriate blocking software, does not entail any negative consequences; you will not then see advertisements for our products tailored to your activities in our Store, including the products you have viewed.

Types of cookies

 

The Store contains several types of cookies:

    1. session cookies, which remain in the memory of your web browser until you close it,
    2. temporary cookies that remain in the memory of your web browser until a predefined period of time has elapsed (maximum 10 years); remember that you can delete such files yourself earlier (we indicate how to do this in § 16),
    3. permanent cookies that remain in your browser's memory until you delete them (we explain how to do this in § 16),
    4. external, including from providers of analytics tools in the Store.

  1. You can configure your web browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer, phone or tablet.

§17

The impact of changing browser settings on using the Store

 

Changing the configuration of your web browser to one that prevents or limits the storage of cookies may result in limitations of the functionality of the Store. Deleting cookies while using the Store may lead to similar effects. This means that some of our services will not be available without cookies, for example you may not be able to complete your purchases in our Store.

  1. Cookies placed on your computer, phone or tablet may come from other service providers. You can delete them from your device yourself. How to do this is indicated in § 16. These files are stored on your device for a different period of time, depending on the file (maximum 1 year).

  3. The website uses the functionality of Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar tools, which
    enable monitoring and analysis of user behavior on the website.
    Microsoft Clarity collects anonymous user activity data such as
    such as: clicks, page scrolling, time spent on the page, user location, device type, operating system, browser and other data related to interaction with the service. The purpose of using this tool is to analyze user activity in order to improve the quality and usability of the service. The collected data is anonymous, and information about the user is processed in a way that prevents identification of the person.

  4. Hotjar records user behavior data such as page navigation, scrolling, cursor movement, time spent on the page, as well as information about location, device, operating system and browser. The data collected is also anonymous and is used to improve the functionality of the service.
