Part I – General provisions
§ 1
Administrator
- The administrator of your personal data is us, i.e. Just Paul Juszczyk-Grupińska Olechowska sp.j. Further on in the Privacy Policy, we write about ourselves in the first person or refer to ourselves as "Administrator" or "We" .
- We operate on the basis of an entry in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. Our KRS number is 0000437376.

Terms used in the Privacy Policy
If you notice one of the following terms written with a capital letter later in our Privacy Policy, you should understand them in accordance with the definitions below:
- "Store" - online store, the main page of which is located at https://justpaul.pl,
- "Policy" - means this document, i.e. the privacy policy you are reading,
- "GDPR" - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. You can find the text of the GDPR here ,
- "Social media" - social networking sites Facebook, Instagram and other social networking sites where we have our profiles.
§ 3
Personal data security
- We process all personal data that you provide in the Store or that we collect about you when you use the Store as the Administrator in accordance with the GDPR.
- We use technical measures required by current provisions on the protection of personal data to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically, i.e. within our Store.

Your rights regarding personal data

- you have the right to access your personal data,
- you can correct them,
- you can request the deletion of your personal data if the GDPR allows it,
- you have the right to limit processing to the extent specified in the GDPR.

The right to object

After providing us with your personal data or if we collect it ourselves, you can exercise your right to object. You have them in two situations when we process your personal data:
- for direct marketing purposes; you do not have to justify such an objection;
- based on our other legitimate interests; such an objection must be justified by your particular situation. Tell us why we should not process your data.

Complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, and its website is available at: https://uodo.gov.pl/

Account registration in the Store
If you register in our Store, please pay attention to the following:

Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
- Execution of the contract for opening an account in the Store and individual product sales contracts,
- marketing involving matching content to your previous activities in the Store, we can, among others: present you in the Store a list of products that may interest you or encourage you to continue shopping that you have not completed.

We described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy. You can also exercise the right to transfer your personal data under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

This is voluntary. However, without providing them, you cannot create an account in the Store or conclude sales contracts through it.

If you make purchases in our Store but do not have an account registered there, please pay attention to the following:

If you subscribe to our newsletter, please pay attention to the following:

Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
Sending you marketing information via e-mail, analyzing whether you read our newsletters and which content you read most willingly. On this basis, we can also adjust the content of the newsletter to your interests.

Do you have to provide us with your data?
This is voluntary. However, without providing them, you will not be able to subscribe to our newsletter.

- Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest.
- If you consent to receiving marketing messages to your e-mail address, the legal basis will also be Art. 10 of the Act on the provision of electronic services and Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law . Remember that you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you want to do this, please contact us.

Improving our newsletter by analyzing whether you read its content and which news you are most interested in, and adapting the content of our newsletter to your interests.

- Entities conducting marketing activities regarding the Store.

How long will we process your data?
For the duration of our marketing activities or until you object to further data processing for marketing purposes or until you withdraw your consent to sending messages to your e-mail address. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Part III – our social media profiles

Using our social media profiles
If you use our profile, please pay attention to the following:

Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
- replying to private messages you send to us,
- conducting discussions with you in the comments under individual posts,
- sharing our posts with you as a follower of our profile,
- marketing consisting in providing information about our products and ourselves through posts that we place on our profile, including sponsored posts that are displayed to a wider group of social media users,
- statistical consisting in presenting us by entities running social media, such as Facebook Ireland Ltd., data on the display of our posts, their reach, the number of interactions, demographic data of our followers; the data presented to us by entities running social media are statistical data, but are created on the basis of these companies' observations of your behavior on our profile.

Do you have to provide us with your data?
This is voluntary. However, due to the rules applied by Social Media, we will see your name, surname (or nickname) and photo if you write to us or comment on our post.

What is our legitimate interest?
Replying to your messages and comments, delivering posts to you, informing you about our products and ourselves through them, analyzing statistical data related to our profile.

- Entities operating social media, in particular Facebook Ireland Ltd.
- Entities that run our social media profiles for us.

How long will we process your data?
By time:
- needed to solve the case you presented. Depending on its type, also by the time needed to demonstrate that we have resolved it, i.e. by the limitation period for claims;
- you follow our profile. Remember that you can always delete your comments on our posts, unfollow us or cancel your social media account.
Part IV - information about cookies and the related processing of personal data
§ 13
Entrance to the Store's website
Entering the Store's website involves the processing of information contained in cookies. Cookies are saved on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), and then you gain access to the information contained in them. These activities take place according to the principles described below.
§ 14
What are cookies and why do we use them?
- The Store uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Store. Want to learn more about cookies? Check out Wikipedia at this link .

We store cookies on your computer, phone or tablet and then access the information contained therein for the following purposes:
- ensuring the proper operation of the Store, including maintaining your session,
- marketing consisting of displaying advertisements for our products on other websites, including social networking sites, matching the products you have viewed in the Store,
- marketing consisting in adapting the content displayed to you in the Store to the products you have viewed there,
- statistical and analytical purposes, in particular enabling analysis of the way you use the Store.

In the cases described in points b-d above, your personal data may be processed:
- We process them on the basis of our legitimate interest, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR;
- our legitimate interest is to market our products that you have viewed in our Store and to match the ads and content displayed to you on the Store's websites to your previous activities in the Store, as well as to collect statistical data on how you use our Store to optimize it action;
- We have presented your rights related to this processing in § 4 and 5 of the Policy;
- remember that you can contact us at any time and object to the processing of your personal data. Including for marketing purposes. You do not have to justify your objection to processing for marketing purposes;
- We will transfer your personal data to advertising network operators, including social networking sites;
- we will store it for the duration of our marketing or statistical and analytical activities or until you object to further processing of data for marketing purposes, or until you object to statistical or analytical purposes;
- the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area will take place after meeting the conditions enabling such action. We will inform you if such a situation occurs;
- providing these personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide them, e.g. by using appropriate blocking software, does not result in any negative consequences; then you will not see advertisements for our products tailored to your activities in our Store, including the products you view.
§ 15
Types of cookies
There are several types of cookies in the Store:
- session cookies that remain in your web browser's memory until you turn it off,
- temporary files that remain in your web browser's memory until a predetermined period of time has passed (maximum 10 years), remember that you can delete such files earlier yourself (in § 16 we indicate how to do it),
- constants that remain in the memory of your web browser until you delete them (in § 16 we show how to do this),
- external, come from, among others, from suppliers of analytics tools in the Store.

How to delete cookies
- You can configure your web browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer, phone or tablet.
- You can delete cookies after they have been saved by us. For this purpose, you can use: appropriate functions of your web browser, programs for this purpose or appropriate tools available within your operating system.

The impact of changing browser settings on the use of the Store
Changing the configuration of your web browser to one that prevents or limits the storage of cookies may result in limitations in the functionality of the Store. Deleting cookies while using the Store may lead to similar effects. This means that some of our services will not be available without cookies, for example you may not be able to complete your purchase in our Store.

External cookies
- Cookies placed on your computer, phone or tablet may come from other service providers. You can remove them from your device yourself. We indicate how to do this in § 16. These files are stored on your device for different periods of time, depending on the file in question (maximum 1 year ).

Based on them, we obtain statistics and analytical data showing how you and other users use the Store. You can block Google Analytics.
